Recruiting Counselor for our Palo Alto office

We are currently looking for an intelligent, enthusiastic and articulate Recruiting Counselor for our Palo Alto office. This dynamic individual will partner with members of our placement team to recruit and interview qualified candidates for placement in Bay Area homes.

This is a fun, fast-paced job for a dynamic “people person”! Compensation includes a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
Direct the tracking and evaluation of the annual recruiting plan
Participate in planning & running recruiting & community events
Screen candidates by phone and in-person
Assess and evaluate candidate’s skills and experience
Recruit candidates through ad placement and job fairs
Manage the candidate database
Assist the placement team in making matches between candidates and families

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of full-time, mid-level, professional work experience - preferably in a marketing, recruiting or customer management field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Exemplary customer service
Good computer/internet skills
Ability to organize & prioritize while working within time constraints
Flexibility and willingness to work in changing environment
Strong initiative and follow through
Positive, can-do attitude
Good sense of humor
