Upcoming Workshop: Guidelines for Effective Communication

The key to any successful relationship is good communication, but that's not always easy! We'll give you 5 simple tools to help you communicate clearly and easily with your employers. You'll also meet others working in you area, enjoy appetizers, beverages and chat with the Town & Country staff in our Palo Alto office.

Q. I work for a family with a mom who is at home. Sometimes our discipline techniques are different and I’m concerned about the children getting inconsistent messages. I don’t know how to bring this up with their mom. Help!
