Job #6874 - Full-time Nanny & House Manager
Location: Pacific Heights, San Francisco
Schedule: 24/7 mentality; schedule is generally Monday through Friday, 11:00 am to 8:30 or 9:00 pm with flexibility needed
Children: 10 month and 2 year old girls
Duties: Childcare, assisting Mom with running their formal home, light tidying, children’s laundry, cooking for the children, meal prep for family meals, errands including grocery shopping, errands and personal shopping, purchasing children’s items, child-event related planning, attending classes w/ children, scheduling service personnel, computer work
Requirements: Previous long term experience with infant ands toddlers, experience in formal homes, dedicated, seasoned, flexible, hard working, good attitude, proactive, takes initiative, accommodating, able to travel, able to travel multiple times per year for 5 to 7 days at a time, willing to sleep in same room with children when traveling, able to stay overnight 3 to 5 or more nights per month in family home, excellent communication skills, quick, bright, career focused, dynamic, comfortable working with both parents in and out of the home, responsible, discrete, confident, team player
Salary: $60,000 or more annually, DOE, plus full benefits

Job #6793 - Household Manager & Personal Assistant
Location: Hillsborough
Schedule: Full-time
Children: Four children ages 8, 13, 16 and 18 years
Duties: Calendaring, event planning, vendor management, creating documents and flyers, maintaining and updating all hardware and software, keeping the home stocked, photo management, gift purchases, meal planning and grocery shopping
Requirements: Seeking an experienced Household Manager & Family Assistant who thrives in a busy environment and can “roll with the punches.” Candidate must have proven calendaring experience and have stellar computer skills with both PC and Mac platforms and various applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Photoshop. Long term experience in private homes is a must and Executive Assistant experience is a plus!

Job #6784 - Part-time Household Manager
Location: Sea Cliff, San Francisco
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 3 days per week
Children: Three school aged children
Duties: Act as the single point of contact for the Principal, oversee household staff and contractors, organize bills, create and implement a household manual, event planning, some cooking, vehicle maintenance, ensuring the home is properly stocked
Requirements: Seeking a candidate who thinks three steps ahead, is resourceful and is service oriented. Long term experience in formal homes with demanding bosses is greatly appreciated. Ideal candidate is discreet, self-directed and detail oriented. Advanced computer skills and previous experience as an Executive Assistant are pluses. Excellent knowledge of San Francisco is a must!

Job #6773 - Couple or Household Manager needed LIVE-IN
Location: Pebble Beach
Schedule: Full-time with two consecutive days off; must have flexible schedule
Duties: Cooking, cleaning, laundry, setting the table, turndown service, manage vendors, assist with entertaining
Requirements: Must have experience in formal homes, must have experience preparing gourmet meals, and must be comfortable in high-tech home. Ideal candidate will have great presentation skills and a true service mentality
Accommodations: Detached one bedroom, one bath cottage with kitchen, living room and patio
