Executive and Estate Staffing Associate Placement Counselor Opportunity!

Town & Country Resources (www.TandCR.com) is currently looking for an organized, service-oriented Associate Placement Counselor to support the placement process of our estate and executive staffing division.  

This is a full-time position that will require working out of both our Palo Alto office with occasional work in our San Francisco office.

The key responsibilities of this position include the screening of candidates interested in being placed in a job through the agency, the creation of candidate resumes, correspondence with individual candidates, candidate interviews and assessments, the management of the due diligence process including background checks and the taking and writing of references on each candidate represented by our agency.

We are looking for someone who has a strategic minded work ethic, a personable demeanor, a talent for details and the ability to thrive in a fast paced setting.

Requirements:
The ability to work Monday-Friday, full-time
A Bachelors Degree
Strong computer & typing skills
Ability to provide superior customer service
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational abilities
Keen attention to detail
Experience working in a home is a plus
Capable of making a long-term commitment to the company
Good sense of humor and a love of helping people
