Our clients come to us seeking the best Temporary Housekeepers in the Bay Area – and we deliver. Most of our clients want Temporary Housekeeper with several years of private employer experience. For most assignments, qualified candidates will have at least two to three years of direct experience working for a private employer, although we do occasionally have unique positions with varying or specialized requirements for experience or education. In any case, it’s best if your experience is recent.

Responsibilities
A Temporary Housekeeper can perform most of the duties of a Permanent Housekeeper. Of course, you'll have to provide some instruction to make sure tasks are completed to your satisfaction. Duties of a Temporary Housekeeper can include:
- Cleaning
- Upkeep of the interior of the home and the immediate areas
- Polishing furniture, vacuuming washing floors, cleaning kitchen and baths
- Laundering clothes and household items
- Changing sheets and maintaining household linens
- Polishing the silver
- Upkeep of outside patios, porches and walks
- Cooking
- Preparing and serving meals for the household
- Assisting with the cooking and serving for special events
- Possible Additional duties
- Caring for household pets
- Running Errands, such as grocery shopping
- Mending clothes
- Occasional childcare duties
Compensation
Housekeepers generally earn between $ 20 and $25 per hour. For Temporary Housekeepers, there is a minimum engagement of four hours. There is also an Agency fee of 35% of the gross compensation, payable by credit card.
