candidates who have completed long-term assignments through us and have returned to us for further placement. We also use newspapers, online resources and recruit from colleges across the country as well as partner with other leading agencies to conduct nationwide searches for qualified candidates. Then our thorough screening process begins.

Q. How does Town & Country Resources screen candidates?
A. The candidates you meet through us will have completed a detailed application as well as a thorough interview with our Placement Counselors. In addition to verifying recent work experience, we request legal documentation. As part of our placement process, we conduct several background checks including driving record check, Social Security scan and a criminal background check. If the candidate is placed in a position that includes childcare responsibilities, we request the candidate's CPR certification, TB test, and arrange to have their fingerprints registered with Trustline, California’s background check for in-home childcare providers. Additional background checks can be ordered on an a-la-carte basis.
