Town + Country Events
We offer access to a variety of resources for on-going enrichment for both Candidates and Clients, including in-house CPR certification classes, DayOne workshops offering education, information & support for new and expecting families, presentations or booths at local parenting, preschool and job fairs and candidate on-the-job trainings throughout the year.
Our CPR and First Aid certification classes are taught by an experienced American Heart Association certified instructor right here in our Palo Alto and Oakland offices.

Nanny Seminar: Career Building and Tips for Success in a Family Assistant Role
Our most recent Family Assistant seminar was so successful that we’ve decided to do it again! The class will focus on the skills that are important for a Family Assistant job, including organization, communication, useful applications for household management and advanced calendaring. Michelle Flemming, a Town + Country placed Nanny, Family Assistant and Personal Assistant will lead a presentation and give her first-hand experience and perspective. It will take place on Tuesday, November 7th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in our Palo Alto office. The cost to attend is $10.

Temp Nanny Appreciation Night
Town + Country’s Temp Team will host an appreciation night for our registered Temp Nannies. The event will take place on Wednesday, November 15th from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm in our Oakland office. Arrive when you can and leave when you need to. There is no cost to attend. Our Temp Team wants to show you how grateful we are for all the work you do!
