Town + Country Events

We offer access to a variety of resources for on-going enrichment for both Candidates and Clients, including in-house CPR certification classes, DayOne workshops offering education, information & support for new and expecting families, presentations or booths at local parenting, preschool and job fairs and candidate on-the-job trainings throughout the year.

Our CPR and First Aid certification classes are taught by an experienced American Heart Association certified instructor right here in our Palo Alto and Oakland offices.

We are proud to partner with DayOneDayOne has a brand new location in San Francisco and is a wonderful resource center for new and expectant parents.

Nanny Seminar: Career Building and Tips for Success as a Family Assistant

Town + Country’s Peninsula Nanny team will host a seminar focusing on the “Family Assistant” position. Topics will include communication, organization, useful applications for household management and advanced calendaring. The seminar will be on Tuesday, August 22nd from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in our Palo Alto office.  Michelle Fleming, an experienced Family and Personal Assistant who has previously been placed by T+C,  will lead a portion of the class from her first-hand perspective. The cost to attend is $10.

CPR Certification in Palo Alto

Town + Country will be holding a CPR Certification course on Wednesday, Septemeber 20th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in our Palo Alto office. The cost is $40. The class will focus on both child and adult CPR. Please call 650-326-8570 to reserve your spot!

Temp Nanny Appreciation Night

Town + Country’s Temp Team will host an appreciation night for our registered Temp Nannies. The event will take place on Monday, September 25th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in our Palo Alto office. There is no cost to attend. Our Temp Team wants to show you how grateful we are for all the work you do!
