We offer access to a variety of resources for on-going enrichment for both Candidates and Clients, including in-house CPR certification classes, DayOne workshops offering education, information & support for new and expecting families, presentations or booths at local parenting, preschool and job fairs and candidate on-the-job trainings throughout the year.
Our CPR and First Aid certification classes are taught by an experienced American Heart Association certified instructor right here in our Palo Alto and San Francisco offices.

Join members of our Nanny Team for a lively discussion on “Guidelines for Effective Communication”. Our Recruitment and Placement Counselors will be offering guidance for how to most successfully and efficiently communicate with your employer and their family.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Five simple communication tools for communicating throughout the day.
- A review of best practices for communicating with your employer.
- Solutions for difficult communication scenerios you may encounter in your job.

National Nanny Training Day 2017
Join us for a half-day professional development, education and networking event featuring workshops from nationally recoginized baby care expert, Tonya Sackowicz. She will discuss the intergal steps to Supporting New Parents with Bringing Home Baby, we’ll have time to connect with eachother through a crafty break-out session, hear from Tonya about the ABC’s of Baby Care and have a full session devoted to your burning Nanny questions in a Q&A Session with the T+C Nanny Placement Teams. Enjoy lunch, a swag bag and raffle items. Each attendee will earn a certificate of participation! All caretakers are welcome!
