Originally from Los Angeles, Lindsey, has called the Bay Area her home since 2008. She lived in the East Bay for 13 years. In 2020, Lindsey relocated to San Francisco, and is enjoying all that the city has to offer. She has a strong background in Home Health, and supporting her local community, by ensuring families receive excellent care for their loved one and outstanding customer service. She is excited to use those skills to support the Town + Country Resources team, and the families they support within the community. When not working, you can find Lindsey at her local yoga studio, hiking with her pup, or planning her next travel adventure.
Jennifer has been part of Town + Country for 20 years! She grew up in Cupertino and earned her Bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University. Jennifer is truly passionate about finding the right match for both families and Nannies. She and her team pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service and building long term relationships while making successful placements. Jennifer lives in the South Bay with her two daughters and enjoys traveling, going to the beach, being outdoors and hiking with her dog.
Sarndra began working for Town + Country in the early 2000’s. When she had her son, she took a short break and came back in 2007, once her son started kindergarten. Sarndra grew up on a dairy farm in New Zealand and has been living in San Francisco since 1997. Sarndra has over 15 years’ experience working as a Nanny, Family Assistant and Newborn Care Specialist in New Zealand, Canada, England and the United States. She received a Diploma of Early Childhood Education, a National Nursery Examination Board certificate and a Certificate in Special Needs Education. When Sarndra is not placing Nannies and Newborn Care Specialists, you can find her kayaking on the bay, volunteering at her church and spending time with her husband and son, friends, and her Chiweenie dog – May.
Kate was born in Florida and was raised near Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor’s degree in Music with an emphasis in Harp Performance. She worked as a Nanny throughout college and for three families after graduating. Kate lives in Tucson, AZ with her husband, two dogs and cat. She enjoys hiking, playing music, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
MaryPat grew up in Westport, Connecticut and Lexington, Massachusetts. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. MaryPat spent the first half of her career in the non-profit sector. She founded and directed two early childhood education programs including Playschool in Atherton. She is the former Director of the Children and Outreach Programs for the Child and Family Institute in Menlo Park. MaryPat joined Town + Country in 2002 as a Placement Counselor and has been grateful for the opportunity to assist families on the Peninsula identify and hire the help they need for 17 years. She likes the fast-paced work environment, customer service, and team approach. She feels satisfaction when she can build relationships with clients and candidates and make successful placements to meet their specific needs. In her free time, MaryPat continues to enrich the community with her volunteer projects. After more than 20 years in Menlo Park, MaryPat recently moved to Los Gatos.
Molly, a native to the Bay Area, spent years as an in-home Personal Assistant and Household Manager on the Peninsula before finding her niche in People Operations. Molly enjoys working directly with Candidates and Clients, using her experience and intuition with each placement search. Molly currently lives in the Bay Area with her two children.
Annika grew up in the mountains of Northern California and earned her Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of California, Davis. She worked as a Nanny through college and moved to Italy right after graduation to be an au pair for a family in Rome. Once back in the United States, Annika worked in the au pair industry for four years prior to joining Town + Country. She finds it rewarding to help families connect with others who will make their home lives run more smoothly. Annika enjoys travel, writing, yoga, and spending time with her family.
Katy was born and raised on Maui, where she grew up surfing and dancing both hula and contemporary. Katy attended the University of San Francisco where she studied European History and Psychology. During her tenure with two international law firms, she gained experience in all facets of Human Resources including recruiting, employment law and employee relations. Katy returned to the domestic staffing industry because she truly enjoys assisting candidates and families find the perfect match! Katy lives in the East Bay with her husband and two young children.
Hannah was born and raised in the Bay Area. She earned Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Christian Behavioral Science from California Baptist University in Riverside, CA. Hannah worked as a nanny for several wonderful families during and after college. She loves using her personal nanny experience to help families and nannies find great partnerships and build lasting relationships. Hannah lives in San Jose and enjoys going to the beach, going on road trips and spending time with family and friends.
Kate was born and raised in Palo Alto and is the youngest of three daughters. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from San Francisco State University and Master’s degree in Public Administration from DePaul University in Chicago. Kate spent one semester abroad in Florence, Italy where she became a pasta and pizza aficionado. Kate began babysitting in middle school and was a Nanny to many wonderful families for almost ten years. Kate enjoys camping, kayaking and running the Stanford Dish with her husband.
Jessica was born and raised in the Bay Area. She graduated from California State University, Chico with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Recreation Administration. She worked as a Nanny throughout college and as a Preschool Teacher after graduating. Jessica has a big family and she is bilingual in English and Spanish. She lives in Redwood City and loves attending sporting events, hiking with her dog and spending time with family and friends.
Sara was born and raised in New York City and currently lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loyola University Maryland and her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Long Island University. While completing her Master’s degree, Sara worked as a Nanny. In her free time, Sara enjoys being outdoors, listening to live music, spending time with her friends and family and hanging with her husband and two dogs!
Brooke grew up in Morgan Hill. She graduated from the University of Redlands with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and minor in Chemistry. Brooke worked as a Nanny throughout college. Living in San Francisco, she worked as an E.M.T. then she took on a role as a Behavioral Therapist working with children with Autism. Brooke has always wanted to help others and loves doing so at Town + Country. When she isn’t working, she likes to be outdoors, travel and listen to live music.
Karah grew up in Mountain View, California. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University. Karah joined the Town + Country team in 2021. She also has several years of Nanny and Postpartum Doula experience and enjoys connecting Nannies and Newborn Care Specialists to families. In her free time, Karah enjoys yoga, cooking, reading and camping. Karah lives in Oakland with her husband and loves exploring hiking trails in the East Bay.
Siria Castaneda was born and raised in Los Angeles. She is the youngest of eight siblings. She attended California State University, Northridge and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Public Policy and Public Management. While in college and after graduating, Siria spent years working as an after-school instructor, tutor and mentor for different non-profit organizations that primarily focused on education in low-income communities. Siria also worked for a nonprofit called Child Care Resource Center where she helped working families find childcare. She then briefly worked for UCLA’s Health Department of International Services as a patient access coordinator prior to joining Town + Country as a Recruiting Counselor in 2021. Siria still resides in LA and enjoys hiking, going to the beach and spending time with her family.
